My travel journey has been marked with different healing experiences – from talking to a Japanese monk to cleaning my chakras with a Balinese healer. I practiced meditation and yoga in India for a month and eventually I ended up participating in an Ayahuasca in Mexico. As if my subconscious decided that I needed to know something by going through all these experiences. All of my experiences showed me one thing; namely, that I contain all the answers. The healing experiences brought up the answers that my subconscious already knew and was dealing with. I was scared that the last healing experience I had would show me the corners of my dark mind, one we all have. Instead, it showed me light. I realised that my nature was pure bliss, wanting to be released. It gave me colours, shapes, love and smiles. My nature, my energy, was swinging me from one side to the other. For the first time I heard and noticed mother nature; it was the wind gently touching my face, the rustling of the tree leaves. The doors might seem sometimes shut, but I saw that we carry an incredible bright light within us no matter what your state of mind is. Knowing this changed everything for me. Why do we keep creating obstacles for ourselves when can be our true nature? It is asking you to be released – it is asking you to breath. Shine bright my dear – it is who you are.
